These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Timo LLC ("Timo LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, submitting your information, requesting or booking a call, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Timo LLC provides content strategy, social media, and creator education services for musicians and music brands, including offerings under the "Creator Conservatory" and "Tim Maines" brands. Together, our website and these offerings are the "Services."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services and to submit your information. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Content and License to You

Calls and text messages

• By submitting your phone number, you give us your prior express written consent to contact you at that number by phone call and by text message, including through an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, about your request and our programs.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive calls or texts in order to buy anything from us.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also email us at any time to be removed.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Bookings and Calls

Requesting or booking a call does not create a client or advisory relationship and does not guarantee enrollment in any program. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel any call or engagement at our discretion.

6. No Guarantee of Results; Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or figures shown on the Services are illustrative of what is possible and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Nothing on the Services is financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

7. Testimonials, Endorsements, and Case Studies

We share testimonials, reviews, screenshots, and client stories on the Services and in our advertising. These are real statements from real people describing their own experience, used with permission. They are not typical results, and they are not a promise that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

• People featured in testimonials and case studies may be current or former clients of Timo LLC, and may have received a program, a discount, or other consideration in exchange for their participation.
• Individual results vary widely and depend on factors we do not control, including your effort, skill, consistency, audience, market, and timing.
• Screenshots of analytics, revenue, or audience figures reflect a specific person at a specific time and are not projections of what you should expect.
• We do not have data showing the typical result of any person who purchases our programs. Where a specific figure is shown, it describes that individual only.

8. Advertising, Meta Platforms, and No Endorsement

We advertise on platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook and Instagram, and on other advertising networks. Those platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or vouch for Timo LLC, our Services, or any statement made on this site. Any dispute you have with us is between you and Timo LLC, and not with Meta or any other platform.

This website uses the Meta Pixel and similar advertising technologies. How that data is collected and shared, and how you can opt out of processing for targeted advertising, is described in Sections 9 and 10 of our Privacy Policy.

Where we make a claim in an advertisement, that claim is subject to the disclaimers in Sections 6 and 7 of these Terms. Nothing in our advertising should be read as a guarantee of income, students, bookings, audience growth, or any other outcome.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit harmful code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the operation of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party tools and platforms, such as scheduling, email, analytics, advertising, and social media services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timo LLC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timo LLC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County or Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
