Timo LLC is based in Texas. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA") gives you specific rights over your personal data, and requires us to make the disclosures in this section.

Targeted advertising disclosure. We process personal data for targeted advertising. Specifically, we share online identifiers and activity on this site with advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), so that our ads can be shown and measured. Some state laws treat this kind of sharing as a "sale" of personal data even when no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out. See "How to exercise your rights" below.

We do not sell sensitive personal data, and we do not sell biometric data. We do not knowingly process the personal data of a known child.

Categories of personal data we process

We process this data for the purposes listed in Section 2, and we share the categories above with the service providers and advertising partners listed in Section 3. We do not process sensitive data as defined by the TDPSA.

If we refuse to act on your request, you may appeal our decision within a reasonable period after you receive our refusal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email timo@trombonetimollc.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within 60 days of receiving the appeal and explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny your appeal, we will give you a method to contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.
